Our Community
St Hilda’s is more than a school - it is a community and
a way of life
St Hilda’s has a vibrant and caring community which comes together to embrace new families, support current students and promote and celebrate our old scholars.
A warm welcome
New families are personally welcomed by class parents and each year after the new student orientation, the Parents’ and Friends’ Association hosts a Sundowner to help new families connect and to celebrate the new academic year.
Support groups for present and past students and parents
Being a member of one or more of the support groups provides an opportunity to meet new people, establish friendships and be part of life at the School. St Hilda’s is fortunate to have the support of a successful community which freely gives its time and expertise to help the School.
Parents are actively encouraged to be a part of their child’s education
Become a part of your child’s education through a thriving Parents’ and Friends’ Association, volunteer class parent network and support associations for Sport, Drama, Music and the Library.
Parents' and Friends' Association
All parents of current students are automatically included in the Parents’ and Friends’ Association and are encouraged to join in meetings and become an active participant in school life.

A wonderful network exists beyond school for students
