St Hilda's Holiday Swimming Schedule 2009 / 2010

Training will be conducted at Challenge Stadium in the indoor or outdoor pool.

Please read the white board at admission on entry to confirm area.
Students must find their own transport to and from the pool during the holiday period.
Please note that training times in January change to an 8.00am start. Our Head Coach Adrian Davini and Francis Williams will be taking the training over the holiday period.
St Hilda’s Physical Education staff will not be present at these sessions. If your daughter has a specific medical condition you must inform the swim coaching staff prior to her first session.
If you are unable to make the holiday training, please see the staff in the PE Department to discuss alternatives for keeping yourself fit during the holiday season.

St Hilda's Swimming, Tennis and Volleyball Camps 2010

St Hilda’s is once again organising a day camp for all current and prospective swimmers, and tennis and volleyball players during the January holidays to promote and develop these sports at the School. The aim of the camp is for girls to spend quality time focusing on technique and fitness and develop a strong sense of team spirit and pride. The camp will include fun, daily fitness sessions which will be run by external instructors, and a variety of team building and motivational activities.
