OSA Bazaar Application Form

I understand that my stall is not confirmed unless I pay the stallholder fee, which will be sent to me once I have submitted my application.

I understand that at the conclusion of the Bazaar I will email the GHS & St Hilda's Old Scholars Association (the 'OSA') a copy of my daily payments report for 10 May 2025 detailing the total payments collected, card fees and net total. I will pay the OSA 20% of the net total payments collected (including GST if applicable) by Friday 16 May 2025.

I agree to affect and maintain my own insurance policy, including proof of public liability insurance and, if any employees are manning a stall, proof of workers compensation insurance, will be provided to the OSA before the commencement of the event.

I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility, as a stallholder, to ensure my products and participation in this event (my 'Stall') complies with all relevant local, state and federal laws, including in relation to safety, labelling, food and consumer standards.

I acknowledge and agree that St Hilda’s and the OSA involved in the event accept no responsibility for any claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever ('Losses') to persons or property in relation to my Stall, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless St Hilda’s and the OSA from and against such Losses.

I acknowledge that the OSA may at any time amend, cancel, or make further conditions in relation to this event.
