Alexis Lakshmi (2023)

After completing her studies at St Hilda’s, Alexis moved to the United States to follow her dreams of entering the film industry. She is currently studying Film and TV Production and Business at New York University (NYU).

Since moving to New York, she has found her independence. Living in shared accommodation and navigating the subway are two things that she wasn’t so familiar with when she left Perth but is now loving. Just like her time at St Hilda’s, she has thrown herself into extracurricular activities which has helped her find friends and build networks. She tells us that moving to New York is a life-changing experience. Watch out for Alexis making her mark on the screen in coming years.
