About Phoebe MacKellar (2007)

Phoebe attended St Hilda’s from 1999-2007 (Go Blackwood!) and went on to study a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Notre Dame University. On completion of her physio degree, Phoebe embarked on a career in private practice physio seeing a range of predominantly musculoskeletal issues and teaching clinical pilates.

In 2017 Phoebe commenced a three-year master’s degree specialising in continence and gender health physiotherapy. Since then, Phoebe has worked in a hospital setting on maternity wards, but her focus has continued to be in private practice. She currently works at a specialist pelvic health clinic two days a week seeing both men and women with pelvic health conditions including pregnancy, post-natal women, chronic pelvic pain like endometriosis, incontinence, prolapse and prostate health issues in men.

She has also commenced teaching at Notre Dame University in the undergrad physio program, assisting with their Pelvic Floor Unit and supervising students on placement.
