The Mosman Park train station is located at the Glyde Street and Stirling Highway intersection. The station is on the Perth to Fremantle line.

Girls in other suburbs can catch the Joondalup, Midland, Armadale and Mandurah train lines to Perth City and connect with the Fremantle line to Mosman Park.

Senior School students may walk a short distance to or from the station and Bay View Campus. Alternatively both Junior and Senior school students can use the Horizons West Cottesloe service which stops at the Mosman Park train station in the morning, and in the afternoon, the Nedlands service stops at the Mosman Park train station.
