Yeagarup Campus

Our Yeagarup Campus is more than just an outdoor education facility—it’s a transformative experience that stays with students for life. Whether navigating the towering sand dunes, exploring the rich biodiversity of the region, or developing lifelong friendships, every moment at Yeagarup is an opportunity for growth and discovery.

Located just 3.5 hours from Perth, in the heart of Western Australia’s South West region, our beautiful Yeagarup campus is just minutes from Pemberton and spans 7.4 hectares. Yeagarup offers both chalet and dormitory-style accommodation for up to 120 students. A spacious 950sqm campground is also available for younger students as they develop essential outdoor education skills.

Additional facilities include an undercover camp kitchen, a covered pergola, and an activity hub, providing access to sheltered cooking amenities such as barbecues, a pizza oven, and a large indoor recreation hall.

Enhancing the site’s sustainability, the campus is equipped with a solar power system, two large potable water tanks, and a state-of-the-art sewage treatment system.

Our Year 9 Wandering Spirit nine-day retreat is hosted here, along with Year 5 and Year 6 camps, and a variety of outdoor education experiences that complement the wellbeing curriculum and co-curricular programs of our girls’ private school.

St Hilda’s is proud to share our stunning Yeagarup campus with the wider community, offering it as a unique and versatile venue for hire by schools and community groups. It is the perfect setting for camps, retreats, workshops, and special events. For more details please visit our venue hire section or submit a direct enquiry here.

Year 9 Wandering Spirit

Wandering Spirit is a compulsory year-long Year 9 program that provides opportunities for students to learn more about who they are, how they connect with the people and natural world around them, and who they would like to be, moving forward into their adult life.

It is a program that celebrates belonging, authenticity, excellence and imagination, providing opportunities to thrive, shine, evolve, connect and initiate.
