11 Year 5 and 6 students took part in the semi-final of the St Hilda’s Speaker’s Challenge today.

The girls spoke about a wide variety of topics, ranging from COVID-19 to school fashion to hope and perseverance, just to name a few.

All the girls demonstrated incredible courage and shined on the stage. Principal Fiona Johnston and past St Hilda’s Principal, Joy Shepherd were special guest judges and were amazed by the girl’s knowledge and public speaking skills.

Congratulations to Alexia, Uma Sky and Ava who have progressed to the final, which will take place at Scotch College. Good luck girls!
