Girls learn by talking, thinking and doing. Girls like teachers that like them. They want to establish meaningful connections, have a sense of belonging at St Hilda\u2019s and ultimately achieve well, recognising that their best is more important than being the best. No girl is invisible. Relationships are everything in girls\u2019 education and teachers that can connect and provide an environment in which psychological safety is established, is when positive and impactful learning is possible.
