Artists on Show

We are honoured to promote the work of talented local artists through our Artists on Show exhibition.

Since 2021, we have proudly displayed paintings by local artists in our Senior School, Bay View Terrace reception. These pieces showcase the abundance of artistic skill in our community and provide a platform for the artists to showcase their creations.

The best part is that the artworks are available for purchase, and a percentage of all sales from the exhibition will be directed towards the development of the Arts at St Hilda’s.

This semester, we are thrilled to introduce Judy Rogers as our Artists on Show spotlight artist.

Judy's Art on Show

Hungarian-born and science-trained, Rogers moved to Western Australia in 1995. 

Her work spans intricate mixed media creations and large-scale public sculptures, showcasing a range of techniques from traditional craftsmanship to cutting-edge contemporary art. She is a highly sought after art teacher and curator. 

With an impressive portfolio, Judy has held twenty-four solo exhibitions in Australia, as well as solo shows in Budapest (2016) and St. Petersburg (2018). In 2025, she participated in the 24th Japan International Art Exchange Exhibition, Tokyo. Judy also represented Australia in the 18th Asian Arts Biennale, Bangladesh, in 2018, and the G20 Art Agenda in Hangzhou, China, in 2016.  

Her pieces are featured in prestigious international public and private collections. Just mention a few: TAGUS International Art Museum China, Rio Tinto, CETYS University Mexico, Hangzhou Qianjiang International Art Museum China, Edith Cowan University Perth, Royal Perth Hospital Perth, Horn Collection Perth.
