Women Lifting Women Summit 2025
On Wednesday, 6 August 2025, the St Hilda’s Old Scholars’ Association (OSA) proudly hosted its first Women Lifting Women Summit — a truly inspiring evening where ambition met community.
Held at the stunning Euroz Hartleys venue overlooking the Perth skyline, this exclusive event brought together a dynamic group of trailblazing alumni committed to supporting one another, both personally and professionally.

Empowering voices and practical insights
The summit began with a warm welcome from the Old Scholars’ Association, followed by an energising speech from Fiona Johnston, Principal of St Hilda’s. With Julie Colvin (Stephen, 1989), Managing Partner at Derwent, sharing her invaluable expertise on knowing your worth. Guiding attendees through setting meaningful career goals, navigating transitions with clarity, and advocating for their value in the workplace.
We also heard from Amanda Boyce, Executive Director & Head of Advice at Euroz Hartleys, who provided real world strategies for achieving financial independence. With over two decades in the financial sector and her own experience as a working mum of three, Amanda inspired many to take confident steps toward their financial future.
Our keynote speaker, Lizzie Landels (2002), came from the United States to share her journey from international law to her current role as Chief of Staff at Microsoft. Lizzie spoke on embracing change, working in digital policy, and navigating a global career.
Real conversations and lasting connections
The evening concluded with a panel discussion hosted by Michelle Broom (Marfleet, 1989), where all four speakers came together to share personal experiences and reinforce the importance of women championing women.

At St Hilda’s, we support our students beyond their time at the school, encouraging them to achieve the extraordinary futures they desire. We’re very thankful to all our incredible speakers and to those who attended this special event. Your energy and enthusiasm made the evening unforgettable.
Let’s continue to build a strong, supportive network of Women Lifting Women.
