OSA Scholarship Application
OSA AMMONITE SCHOLARSHIP (Year 11 Entry)
The OSA Ammonite Scholarship provides support in Years 11 and 12 to a daughter, granddaughter or great-granddaughter of a financial member of the Old Scholars Association. This scholarship is a fixed financial amount per annum that approximates one term’s fees per year. The winner is determined by a panel of two or three financial members of the OSA based on the application form submitted and an interview at the discretion of the scholarship subcommittee. Students are selected after consideration of achievements across a breadth of activities, including academic, cocurricular, leadership and service, as well as the student’s ability to contribute to a variety of activities at St Hilda’s.
Applicants are required to provide the following:
- Details of parent, grandparent or great-grandparent who is a financial member of the OSA,
- Past two school reports,
- A curriculum vitae outlining their achievements outside the classroom, with a focus on Senior School, and
- A letter (handwritten or typed) by the applicant (no more than one page) outlining why they should receive the scholarship.
Applications for the OSA Ammonite Scholarship (Year 11 Entry) close Sunday 1 September 2024. Interviews will commence in September.
