With more than a decade of experience as a workplace relations lawyer and strategic advisor, Caitlin has built her career across private practice, corporate, and educational settings. She has held senior roles, including Legal Counsel and Workplace Relations Manager at the Australian Hotels Association (WA) and Special Counsel at Lavan, where she advised numerous independent schools on employment law, governance, risk, and complex critical incidents.
Caitlin’s expertise spans workplace investigations, policy development, award compliance, and legal advisory, positioning her strongly to lead and evolve St Hilda’s HR, Legal, and Risk portfolios. Her appointment enhances our Executive team as we continue to prioritise excellence in people, culture, compliance, and care.
