Jessica Hooker

Jessica is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance. She has also completed the CEDA Copland Leadership Program, further strengthening her leadership capability and strategic perspective.

With experience across external audit and senior commercial roles, Jessica is a highly accomplished finance and business leader with a strong track record in the aged care and not-for-profit sectors. She brings deep expertise in financial strategy, governance, risk management, and organisational transformation, underpinned by a commercially focused and analytical approach.

Jessica has held senior leadership roles and has worked closely with Boards and Executive teams to shape strategic direction, deliver major transformation initiatives, and strengthen financial sustainability. Her experience spans enterprise-wide technology implementations, large-scale capital and service delivery business cases, and the development of long-term funding and investment strategies.
